New Zealand Certificate in Foundation Study & Career Preparation Level 4

PROGRAMME AIM

Many local and international students approach tertiary study without an adequate understanding of the skills expected of them in the New Zealand tertiary academic environment.  Additionally, many international students experience a difference in academic expectationsbetween their own country and New Zealand.

This qualification is also for learners who wish to develop the skills, knowledge and attributes necessary for specific careers that require further education, within the context of a discipline or defined career pathway.  This will include the ability to participate in relevant work environments where appropriate.
